Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure these meetings are effective and productive.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles that may impede the team’s progress. Act as a shield for the team against distractions.
- Support Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog. Ensure the team understands the scope and goals of the product.
- Coach Agile Principles: Educate and mentor the team and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track Progress: Utilize Agile project management tools to track team progress and produce relevant metrics and reports. Ensure transparency and visibility of team activities.
- Enhance Team Collaboration: Promote a collaborative team environment where open communication and constructive feedback are encouraged.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement:



Implement processes and tools that support continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
- Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
