Chemistry Teacher – Classes XI & XII

Position: Senior Secondary Chemistry Teacher
Classes: XI & XII
Subject: Chemistry
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to Classes XI and XII as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons with a strong focus on board examination preparation.
- Plan and conduct Chemistry practicals and laboratory sessions while ensuring proper safety procedures.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and study materials.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and practical examinations.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide remedial and individual academic support.
- Prepare students effectively for Class XI/XII examinations and competitive examinations such as JEE/NEET, wherever applicable.
- Maintain records of students' academic performance and progress.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, scientific thinking, and problem-solving abilities.




- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school functions, and other academic activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Keep updated with curriculum changes and up-to-date teaching methodologies.

Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Chemistry with B.Ed. preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience in Classes XI–XII will be preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication skills and good command of English.
- Ability to effectively handle both theoretical and practical Chemistry.

Preferred Skills
- Experience teaching Senior Secondary Chemistry.
- Knowledge of board examination patterns and assessment methods.
- Ability to prepare students for competitive examinations.
- Familiarity with smart-class and digital teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and ability to motivate and guide studen
