Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the overall performance and customer experience of assigned store operations.



The Store Manager will coordinate day-to-day activities such as managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. The role involves driving customer satisfaction through effective service practices, explicit communication, and prompt resolution of concerns, while meeting sales and operational targets. The Store Manager will analyze store performance metrics, implement loss prevention measures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. This position also includes mentoring team members, supporting training initiatives, and upholding Wellness Forever’s commitment to product safety and quality.
