About the Internship
Town Contacts Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring HR Interns who will work on HR operations and talent acquisition for Webenoid Inc., a California-based AI technology company. This is a work-from-office internship designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and corporate operations.

Interns will work on live business projects while gaining exposure to real-world HR practices followed by an international AI company.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen internship and job applicants.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records and recruitment databases.
Assist in attendance tracking and HR reporting.
Draft HR emails, offer letters, and internal communications.
Support employee engagement activities and office events.
Coordinate with the Corporate Affairs and HR team on daily operations.
Eligibility
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology,



or a related field.
Final-year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
