We are looking for a high-energy SaaS Sales Executive (Inside Sales & Direct Sales) who thrives on closing strategic deals, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and building solid enterprise relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential customers through inside sales activities including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach,



and digital channels.
Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand business requirements.
Schedule and conduct product discovery meetings and demos with prospective clients.

Product Demonstrations & Solution Selling
Deliver impactful product demonstrations (HRMS platform demos) to showcase capabilities and business value.
Conduct virtual presentations, solution walkthroughs, and use-case discussions with prospects.
Position the platform as a strategic workforce transformation solution, not just an HR tool.

Direct Sales & Deal Closure
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across mid-market and enterprise customers.
Lead commercial discussions, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Engage with CHROs, HR leaders, CIOs, CTOs, Founders, and business decision-
