Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Chandigarh.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead the complete product lifecycle from concept generation to product commercialization. Ensure new product development projects are completed within defined timelines while meeting customer expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones,



budgets, and resource allocation plans for all assigned product development projects. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables through effective project management practices.
Cross Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Design & Development, Production, Quality, Purchase, Marketing, Sales, Tool Room, and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of product development activities and successful product launches.
Market Research & Product Strategy: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer requirement analysis, and trend identification to support product innovation and portfolio expansion. Recommend new product opportunities based on market insights and business strategy
Cost Optimization & Value Engineering: Drive product cost optimization through value engineering, material selection, design improvements, supplier collaboration, and man
