We are looking for a energetic and experienced Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive business growth by promoting our software products and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, building long-term business relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with sales and technical teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to promote software products and IT solutions.
Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, events, and outbound campaigns.
Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long-term business partners.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction.




Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver customized business solutions.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and marketing presentations.
Track sales pipeline, marketing performance, and business development activities using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, lead generation, and business growth targets.
Mentor junior marketing executives and contribute to team development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of software products, SaaS solutions, digital marketing, and B2B sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
