Role Description The Business Development Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in aerospace components and tooling. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets and OEMs, generating and qualifying leads,



preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting customer meetings and presentations. The role involves coordinating with engineering, production, and quality teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities and ensure accurate quotations. The Business Development Engineer will manage a sales pipeline, track opportunities, provide regular business reports, and support contract negotiations under guidance from senior leadership. The position also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering market intelligence, and contributing to long-term growth strategies.
