Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electrochemist to help manage our liquid electrolyte production line. This role combines expertise in electrolyte chemistry with hands-on experience in the engineering processes required for large-scale production. You will oversee raw material handling, metering tanks, dehydration and mixing kettles, glove box operations, and utilize SCADA panels to electronically manage the production process. Familiarity with automation and basic computer skills are a plus, though we can provide training.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Line Oversight: Manage the electrolyte production process, including raw material handling, metering, dehydration, mixing, and glove box operations.
Electrolyte Formulation: Develop and optimize electrolyte formulations for battery technologies, ensuring performance and stability.
SCADA and Automation: Use SCADA panels to electronically monitor and control the production line, ensuring optimal process parameters. (Training provided.)
Process Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize equipment, including pneumatics, valves,



and mixing systems, for efficient production.
Quality Control: Ensure all electrolyte batches meet required performance and safety standards.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, handling chemicals and operating production equipment according to industry regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, formulations, and quality checks.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in electrolyte production or electrochemical applications, with hands-on experience in manufacturing processes.
Technical Skills:
Robust knowledge of electrolyte chemistry and formulation.
Experience with metering, mixing kettles, glove boxes, and general production equipment.
Familiarity with SCADA systems, automation, and basic computer skills (training available).
