ROLE OVERVIEW
G Square & Company is looking for confident and result-oriented Telecallers / Sales Executives to handle business enquiries, franchise leads, customer communication, follow-ups, and sales conversion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
Handle incoming sales and franchise enquiries.
Explain company offerings and business opportunities clearly.
Follow up regularly with interested leads.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or further discussions.
Work towards converting enquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups.
Update lead data in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.




Coordinate with internal teams for lead closures.
Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Solid communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Good command of Hindi and English.
Confidence in speaking with customers and prospects.
Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Basic computer proficiency required.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, customer support, or business development will be an advantage.
