About the Role:
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Analytics & AI leader to build and lead the Analytics & AI charter for our Growth & Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) function.
This role is for a go-getter and builder — someone who has demonstrated the ability to start with an ambiguous business problem, build solutions from scratch, and turn data, analytics, AI, and technology into measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate would have spent a significant part of their career being hands-on and building things themselves — analytics frameworks, models, dashboards, automation, AI/GenAI solutions, or even teams and capabilities from the ground up. As the role evolves, they will be responsible for leading a team, setting the analytics roadmap, and scaling these capabilities across Growth and CLM.

You should be equally comfortable discussing business problems with senior stakeholders, writing Python/SQL, experimenting with LLMs and AI tools, and coaching a team to build scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:




Build and lead the Analytics & AI charter for Growth and CLM, defining the roadmap, priorities, and areas of impact.
Identify high-impact business problems and independently take them from problem definition → solution design → build → implementation → measurement → optimization.
Build analytical and AI capabilities from the ground up across customer segmentation, propensity, targeting, retention, campaign optimization, and growth analytics.
Drive the Data → Insights → Action → Measurement → Optimization lifecycle for key business initiatives.
Build scalable dashboards, tracking frameworks, automated reporting systems, and analytical products that enable faster decision-making.
Leverage Python, SQL, LLMs, APIs, GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation to solve business problems and eliminate manual processes.
Build AI-powered workflows and agents to automate MIS, reporting, analysis, operational processes, and recurring decision-making.
