Job Summary
Nine Squares Architects is seeking an experienced Tendering Manager to lead and manage the entire tendering process for architectural, interior and urban projects. This role involves ensuring competitive and compliant submissions while working closely with cross-functional teams to secure new contracts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse tender documents, specifications, and contracts to identify the requirements and scope of work.
Organize and lead tender kick-off meetings to define the tendering strategy and allocate responsibilities across teams.
Develop pricing structures and commercial strategies to ensure competitive bids.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads through tender portals, client networks, market research, and other relevant channels.
Attend client meetings and presentations to support the tender submission and negotiations as needed.




Use strong negotiation and analytical skills to address challenges and ensure successful tender submissions.
Ability to work under pressure, ensuring submissions meet tight deadlines.
Be proficient in the latest architectural software and integrate new technologies into project workflows.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams effectively.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field may also be considered
