Role Description The Telecalling Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Salem. The person in this role will make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce and explain Hyperspace Techno’s products and services,



and support customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Daily tasks include following scripted and semi-scripted call flows, capturing and updating customer information accurately, responding to queries, and directing complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. The Telecalling Associate will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, meet defined call and conversion targets, and maintain professional communication standards. The role also involves providing feedback from customers to improve campaigns and documenting outcomes for reporting and analytics.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
