About the Role
Pinnacle Infotech is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing professional with strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM processes, marketing automation, and system integrations.
The selected candidate will manage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud processes, integrate CRM with marketing and sales platforms, streamline lead management, and support campaign automation, tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Salesforce processes across leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and campaigns.
Configure workflows, lead-routing processes, assignment rules, dashboards, and reports.
Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities, including email campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, lead nurturing, and automation.
Integrate Salesforce with websites, marketing tools, lead-generation platforms, analytics platforms, webinar and event tools, and other applications.




Ensure accurate lead capture, data synchronization, database hygiene, and CRM governance.
Improve lead-to-opportunity processes and automate manual sales and marketing workflows.
Track campaign performance, lead sources, MQLs, SQLs, conversions, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, external partners, and other stakeholders to improve CRM and marketing processes.

Required Skills and Experience
5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce/SFDC.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform.
Good understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, campaigns, dashboards, and reporting.
Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, connectors, and data synchronization.
Strong understanding of B2B lead management, marketing automation, and sales funnels.
