Manager – Business Development

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Salary: ₹6–7 LPA Fixed

Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager – Business Development to drive retail expansion by identifying and finalizing new store locations, managing landlord and broker relationships, negotiating rental terms, and ensuring the commercial viability of new and existing store deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and finalize new store locations in line with the company’s expansion strategy.
Manage the end-to-end execution of new store openings, from location finalization to opening.
Lead rental negotiations for new as well as existing stores.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and brokers.
Evaluate commercial terms and ensure cost optimization and commercial viability of all property deals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential locations to support future expansion.




Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of store expansion activities.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.
3–4 years of relevant experience in business development, retail expansion, real estate, or a related field.
Candidates with hands-on experience in store expansion, location acquisition, lease/rental negotiations, and landlord management will be preferred.
