Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Siliguri. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with individual travelers, groups, and partners through timely communication and service follow-up.



Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing customer interactions across phone, email, and digital platforms, tracking customer feedback, and coordinating with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless travel experiences. The role involves monitoring customer satisfaction, supporting retention initiatives, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities that align with traveler needs. The executive will also update customer records, prepare basic reports on customer behavior and service issues, and help improve processes to enhance overall customer experience.
