Responsibilities
•Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR and Firewall platforms.
•Perform initial investigation of suspicious activities and security incidents.
•Analyze Windows, Linux, network and security device logs.
•Identify true/false positives and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams.
•Maintain incident tickets, investigation notes and shift handovers.
•Follow SOC SOPs, playbooks and defined SLAs.
•Support basic threat-hunting and incident-response activities.
Required Skills
•Positive understanding of networking, Windows/Linux and cybersecurity fundamentals.
•Basic knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls and incident response.
•Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK;, CVE/CWE, phishing and common attacks.
•Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
•Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT or related field.
Cybersecurity certifications or hands-on SOC/SIEM lab experience will be an advantage.
