What We’re Looking For:

In this role, you'll play a vital part in our organization, with your primary focus being to secure on-time renewal revenue and secure revenue across our Indian portfolio. You will work closely with our extended account teams to maximize the value provided to the customer, ensuring our long-term partnership, while also owning the discipline that keeps renewals and payments on track across a broad client base spanning SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. What You’ll Do:

Lead efforts to ensure on-time renewal revenue across your India portfolio, spanning SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with our account teams.
Own collections end-to-end on your book chasing overdue invoices, resolving billing disputes, and working with Finance/AR to keep outstanding balances current and DSO in check.
Handle the hard conversations at volume.



This portfolio involves customers weighing competitors, raising product or billing concerns, or facing payment delays you'll be the person having those conversations, calmly and commercially, week in and week out.
Proactively cultivate relationships with customers, ensuring their awareness of our product offerings and adoption of their current package.
Identify upcoming renewals and maintain accurate account and payment status data within the CRM system.
Develop quotes, manage administrative tasks, and oversee the execution of renewal contracts.
Flag payment risk and churn risk early, and build recovery plans before either becomes a surprise.
Feed what you're hearing from customers competitor moves, product gaps, payment friction back to leadership to shape our approach to the market.
Run an accurate forecast which identifies outlook, best case scenarios, and risk, including collections status as
