Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining.
Coordinate with candidates and department managers for hiring requirements.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files.
Handle day-to-day administrative and HR-related activities.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
Prepare recruitment and HR reports as required.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment & Administration.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes.
