Role Description The Life Coach at Atmantan Wellness Centre is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. The Life Coach will conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions to help guests set realistic goals, build healthy habits, and overcome personal and professional challenges. Daily activities include assessing guest needs, creating tailored action plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with wellness, fitness, and therapy professionals to deliver integrated programs.



The Life Coach will facilitate workshops on topics such as stress management, emotional resilience, motivation, and work-life balance, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice. The role also involves providing ongoing support and follow-up, contributing to program development, and promoting a positive, supportive environment aligned with Atmantan’s wellness philosophy.

Qualifications
Strong coaching and counseling skills, including goal-setting, active listening, and motivational interviewing.
Ability to design and deliver structured wellness or personal development programs and group workshops.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
