AdClear is a Google Partner performance marketing agency. Our clients include Hindustan Times, CNBC TV18, Moneycontrol, The Hindu, HDFC Sky, Accenture and upGrad Enterprise. We've built a strong base in India; the next chapter is international, and we're hiring someone to own it.
The Role
This is an independent, end-to-end business development role with a transparent mandate: bring in international clients. You'll build the pipeline, run the pitch, close the deal and hand it over cleanly to delivery. You'll work directly with the founders, but you won't be waiting on them — you own the number.
What You'll Do
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal, pitch, negotiation, close
• Open and grow international accounts — UAE, UK, US, SEA, or whichever markets you know best
• Build a pipeline across any industry where performance marketing drives revenue; we're not limited to our current verticals
• Scope and price performance marketing, SEO and creative engagements with the delivery team
• Write proposals and SOWs that win, not decks that get filed




• Attend industry events, run outbound campaigns, and turn referrals into revenue
• Track pipeline, conversion and revenue in CRM and report weekly to the founders
• Use AI across the sales cycle — prospect research, outreach, proposal drafting and market intelligence — and build the workflows and automations that make it repeatable
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of business development or client acquisition at a digital marketing / performance marketing agency — this is non-negotiable
• Proven track record of winning international clients, or an active network in at least one overseas market
• Comfortable working across time zones and adapting pitches to different markets and buyer cultures
• Comfortable talking Google Ads, Meta, SEO and analytics with a CMO without a specialist in the room
• Hands-on with AI tools beyond basic prompting: you've built AI-driven workflows or automations
