- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and help source, screen, and hire top talent for a leading manufacturing company.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruiting for manufacturing roles, robust knowledge of industry-specific requirements, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing roles including engineers, operators, production supervisors, and quality control professionals.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, databases) to identify, attract, and engage top talent for open positions.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for manufacturing roles.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain candidate data and pipeline in the ATS and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities are in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, recruitment strategies, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Reporting:



Prepare and present weekly recruitment reports and metrics to management to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes.

Key Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector or hiring for technical/engineering roles.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts that align with US business hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms. Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques in manufacturing.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, job roles and industry standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct interviews and screen candidates with professionalism.
- Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality of hire.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to meet recruitment goals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use recruitment data and analytics to drive decisions and improve the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience in US Hiring: Previous experience working in a US shift or recruiting candidates for US-based roles is highly preferred.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience recruiting for manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
