The Prospect:
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent within the IT technology domain, particularly in Embedded Systems, IoT, VLSI, Chip Design, and Semiconductor Engineering.

Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter - IT Tech - Cloud / Generative AI / Digital / Data // Pan India ( Remote / Hybrid )

Pan India (Remote / Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the IT Technology Recruitment landscape, especially in the areas of Cloud / Generative AI / Digital / Data.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
