We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, and handling multiple positions across different levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Handle IT and Non-IT hiring across junior, mid-level and senior positions.

- Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.

- Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and close positions within defined TAT.

- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Drive bulk/volume hiring and specialized hiring as per business requirements.

- Conduct candidate screening, initial discussions, salary negotiations and offer management.

- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Support campus hiring, employee referrals and other talent acquisition initiatives.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
