Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management for technical roles (Software Engineers, Cloud & Data Engineers, AI specialists, DevOps).

Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, tech communities, and referral networks.

Screen resumes, conduct initial cultural & HR interviews,



and align with technical hiring managers.

Manage candidate pipelines, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical hiring / IT recruitment (1–3 years preferred).

Strong understanding of tech stacks, software development roles, and cloud technologies.

Excellent written/verbal communication and candidate relationship skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.
