About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.

- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Assist with creating and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms.





- Support the HR team with recruitment-related reports and daily hiring activities.

- Stay updated on talent sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, Google Workspace/MS Office, and basic recruitment tools.

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
