Credit Saison India (Kisetsu Saison Finance India Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join its Human Resources team in Bengaluru. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end talent acquisition process across technology, operations, and business functions.
The intern will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers and gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, recruitment database management, and talent acquisition projects.
Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals such as Naukri and Indeed, campus drives, and employee referrals.
Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and hiring needs.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
Screening & Shortlisting Review and evaluate resumes against specified job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
Shortlist relevant candidates and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
Manage interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Support a smooth and professional interview experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Candidate Engagement Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Respond to candidate queries promptly and provide relevant recruitment updates.
Maintain regular follow-ups to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.
Database & ATS Management Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Keep recruitment databases and candidate records accurate and up to date.
Track hiring activities and recruitment metrics.
Talent Acquisition Projects Support campus recruitment initiatives and related hiring activities.
Assist with employer branding campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify and understand available talent.
Support recruiters and the Talent Acquisition team on special recruitment projects.
Education Job Requirements
MBA graduates.
Candidates currently pursuing an MBA can also apply.
Specialization in HR, Human Resource Management, or a related field is preferred.
Language Skills Strong command of English is mandatory.
Strong command of Hindi is mandatory.
Both spoken and written proficiency is required.
Recruitment Skills Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with recruitment databases and ATS platforms.
