Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities to support HSE Integro’s talent needs in Nellore. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and scheduling further interview rounds. The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers, and ensure a skilled experience for all applicants.

Additional tasks include collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, supporting offer negotiations,



and assisting with pre-onboarding documentation as needed. This is a contract, on-site role based in Nellore.

Qualifications

- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
- Good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple open positions and deadlines.
- Understanding of basic HR practices, local employment norms, and documentation processes.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior recruiting experience in consulting, health, safety, or environmental services is an added advantage.
- Capacity to work on-site in Nellore and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a structured and professional manner.
