Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job positions.

- Understand client/job requirements and source suitable candidates.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references.

- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and location.

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.

- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for feedback.

- Negotiate salary and support candidates through the offer and joining process.

- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
