Core Technical Recruiter – ServiceNow Hiring Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Core Technical Recruiter with 6–10 years of IT recruitment experience, including 4–5 years of recent, hands-on expertise in ServiceNow hiring.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment qualified who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex talent acquisition challenges, and has a proven track record of successfully hiring for niche and hard-to-fill ServiceNow positions.

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and technical stakeholders to attract and secure top-tier ServiceNow professionals. From understanding workforce requirements and developing strategic sourcing initiatives to managing interviews, negotiating offers, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, you will play a critical role in strengthening our ServiceNow practice and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle of recruitment for ServiceNow.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
- Drive candidate experience excellence throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding activities to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and talent intelligence.
- Experience to hire from campus.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with significant focus on ServiceNow hiring.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including key technologies, roles, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in closing specialized and niche technology positions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, consultative, and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
