Job Title: Royal Cue Club Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator (Fresher Welcome)

Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts required About Us:

Royal cue club is a premium sports and recreational lounge featuring high-quality billiards, pool, and snooker tables. We pride ourselves on creating a clean, vibrant, and welcoming environment for both casual players and competitive league members.

Job Responsibilities:

- Guest Relations: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, check in league members, explain club pricing/packages, and guide players to their assigned tables.
- Table & Booking Management: Efficiently manage reservations, track table play-time using our club management software, and handle table turnovers swiftly.
- Cashier & Billing Operations: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to calculate hourly table fees, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Food & Beverage Coordination: Take basic refreshment orders from players, coordinate with the lounge kitchen staff, and ensure items are served promptly to the tables.
- Lounge Upkeep:



Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Inform the maintenance staff when tables need cleaning, brushing, or re-racking.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming inquiries regarding table availability, membership rates, upcoming tournaments, and general club guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in front desk, retail, hospitality, or cashier roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of or a strong interest in billiards, pool, or snooker is a major plus.
- Solid math and computer skills to navigate POS billing software.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle peak-hour crowds calmly.
- Flexibility to work versatile shifts, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
