Nasya Condiments is a growing food products company specializing in quality spices, powders, rice, condiments, and other traditional food products. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers, visitors, and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and general enquiries.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a qualified environment.
- Coordinate with different departments and assist with daily office activities.
- Maintain basic records, files, and documentation.
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries through phone and other communication channels.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and professional personality.




- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Ability to handle phone calls and customer enquiries confidently.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
