Receptionist / Call Handler

Job Summary

ARC Infra is looking for an energetic, confident and sales-oriented Receptionist / Call Handler to manage customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups and quotation preparation.

The candidate should have good communication skills, fluency in English and working knowledge of MS Excel for preparing quotations.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend incoming customer calls professionally.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand requirements.
- Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.
- Convert enquiries into appointments, meetings and site visits.
- Prepare customer quotations using MS Excel.
- Edit prices, quantities, calculations and customer details in Excel quotation formats.
- Maintain customer and lead records in MS Excel / CRM.
- Send quotations and company information to customers through WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up on quotations and pending customer decisions.




- Coordinate customer appointments with the sales and site teams.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Good communication and telephone handling skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, especially for quotation preparation.
- Basic knowledge of Word, email and WhatsApp.
- Confident and enthusiastic about sales.
- Strong customer follow-up skills.
- Valuable organizational skills.
- Previous experience in reception, telecalling, customer service or sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
