Receptionist & Telecaller

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and customers professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide basic information about the company and projects.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams regarding customer requirements.
- Maintain daily call, visitor, and follow-up reports.
- Handle basic front-desk and administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain a professional and friendly environment at the reception area.




- Perform other tasks related to reception and telecalling as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, reception, real estate, or customer handling will be an advantage.
