Screening and Evaluation

- Review resumes: Screen application materials and filter candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conduct initial interviews: Perform phone or video screenings to evaluate communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist candidates: Present the top-matched profiles to the client company with summary notes.

Interview and Offer Management

- Coordinate schedules: Arrange interviews between the candidates and client hiring teams.
- Gather feedback: Collect feedback from both parties after interviews and manage communications.
- Facilitate negotiations: Mediate salary discussions, advantages, and employment terms between the client and candidate.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Fixed holidays
