We are looking for a friendly and qualified Receptionist to manage front desk operations, assist guests, and ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage reservations, room bookings, and guest inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic front-office documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office/reception, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software.
- Good problem-solving and guest-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
