Garg Real Estate is a growing real estate firm based in Rohini, Delhi, dealing in residential properties, luxury floors and other real estate opportunities. We are looking for an energetic and confident Real Estate Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
- Explain available properties, prices, locations and key features to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Generate and maintain customer leads.
- Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Build good relationships with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly calling, site-visit and sales targets.
Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; real estate/calling experience will be an advantage.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Confident, presentable and motivated personality.
- Comfortable making regular phone calls and following up with customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
