Shri Aangan is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying process, from initial inquiry to final closing. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the real estate market and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to property buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential buyers and investors through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Negotiate prices and terms to successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships to generate future referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market, pricing, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related sales role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and surrounding areas.
