Location: Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon Department: Resale Team Open Positions: 5 Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred ELIGIBILITY Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Commercial Leasing/Resale). Real Estate industry experience is mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generate and manage qualified leads. Conduct property/site visits with clients. Build robust relationships with clients and developers. Negotiate and successfully close resale deals. Maintain CRM and achieve monthly sales targets.
