Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and channel partners.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, and available offers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to achieve sales conversions.

Negotiate and assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.

Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.

Update customer information, leads, and sales activities in CRM.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor projects.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking, documentation, and customer support.





Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of the local real estate market.

Ability to handle customer objections and close deals.

Experience in CRM and lead management.

Preferred Qualification

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Experience in real estate sales, banking, insurance, automobile, or other high-value sales sectors can be preferred.
