Department: Sales Position: Sales Manager Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–6 Years Working Days: 6 Days a Week Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, converting leads, increasing site visits, and ensuring maximum revenue generation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for team members. Generate and convert leads through calls, follow-ups, meetings, and site visits. Monitor the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to booking.

Train team members on sales pitches, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques. Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion rates. Handle important and high-value clients personally when required.

Ensure timely and effective follow-up with potential customers. Maintain accurate customer and sales records through CRM software. Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.



Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve individual and team revenue targets consistently.

Salary & Incentives Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month Attractive Incentives Salary and incentives will be based on experience, performance, and target achievement.

CandidateCandidates with experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Plot Sales, Farmhouse Sales, Residential Projects, Commercial Projects, or Luxury Real Estate will be preferred.
