We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to generate leads, interact with potential customers, and close property sales. The role offers performance-based earnings through attractive sales commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for real estate properties.
- Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
- Arrange and conduct property visits for interested customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on property listings,
market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in sales and meet customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or direct sales will be an advantage.
Compensation
- Commission-based salary structure.
- Attractive incentives based on successful property sales.
- Higher earning potential based on individual performance.
- No fixed salary / fixed salary can be offered based on company policy and experience.
Ideal Candidate Candidates who are confident, persuasive, energetic, and comfortable with client interaction and field sales will be preferred.
