We are looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to oversee and manage our Real Estate Ventures.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of property and legal documentation
- Experience in coordinating with Government Departments & Officials
- Handling and follow-up of Government Approvals & Permissions
- Knowledge of Zonal Classification / Zonal Check and Development Regulations
- Coordination with concerned authorities for Planning & Layout Approvals
- Strong Customer Relationship Management skills
- Ability to handle Social Media & Digital Marketing coordination
- Follow-up and coordination with Legal Consultants, Surveyors, Architects and Government Authorities




- Ability to independently manage and monitor Real Estate Projects from documentation to approval stage
- Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
