:
Perform electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on Lithium-ion cells and battery packs as per national and international standards (e.g., AIS 048, AIS 038, IEC 62133, UL 1642, UL 1973, etc.).
Conduct testing such as:
Capacity and efficiency tests
Life cycle tests
Safety and Mechanical Test
BMS functionality and communication validation
Prepare test samples, fixtures, and setups based on standard operating procedures.
Prepare test schedules and initiate tests as per the test requirements.
Record and analyses test data accurately; flag any deviations or failures to the senior team.
Assist in root cause analysis of failed units.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols in the lab.
Support in validation reporting and documentation for regulatory submissions and internal reviews.




Test execution and monitoring during rotational shifts.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in lithium-ion battery testing labs

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of Lithium-ion battery technology and battery management systems (BMS)
Hands-on skills in using lab equipment like Data loggers, Cyclers, environmental chambers, etc.
Familiarity with testing standards is an added advantage.
Valuable communication and reporting skills
Willingness to work in a lab/testing setting with attention to detail and safety
