Looking for a Growth Associate to join Orvica Labs to help scale the Dental vertical.

Orvica Labs develops Health One, an AI platform for clinics to run their day to day work on- covering appointments, WhatsApp-based patient communication, billing and clinical charting and much more. Our first clinical specialty is Dental, before we add other specialties in healthcare.

The platform is currently deployed with a multi-branch dental group in Delhi NCR.

How we work

Field-based, no fixed office; we do regular team meets, but you set your own days around meetings. You’ll learn something new most days, and the work is genuinely enjoyable. We work hard, but we also have lives — we don’t expect you to work weekends.





What the job actually involves

This is early-stage work, and the brief is simple: put your best foot forward to bring positive clinics onto the platform. Some days that’s a scheduled demo with a practice owner. Others it’s representing Orvica at an IDA branch meeting or a dental conference, sharing our work on the channels dentists actually read, following up on an enquiry, speaking to your own batchmates and seniors, or trying an approach nobody has tried before. Building relationships with dental supply reps and lab technicians is part of it too — they visit every clinic in NCR each week and know which practices are growing before anyone else does. If it brings in the right clinics, it’s in scope. And it goes without saying, we’re here to support you through it.
