Role Description The Sr Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening market presence for Shreyaas Surgical Care’s portfolio of surgical and ENT products. Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with hospitals, clinics,



and healthcare professionals, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations. The role involves regular field visits, execution of sales plans, negotiation of pricing and terms within company guidelines, and achievement of assigned sales targets. The Sr Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams for order processing, inventory coordination, and customer support, while providing market feedback and insights to help refine sales strategies. Maintaining accurate sales reports, monitoring competitors, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards are key aspects of this position.
