Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Freelance Meta Marketing Specialist supporting Always Live Yoga’s digital growth and community outreach. The individual will plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, including paid advertising, audience targeting, and optimization for lead generation and class bookings. Day-to-day tasks include developing ad creatives and copy, setting up and monitoring campaigns, reviewing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve results.



The role also involves coordinating with the core team to align campaigns with brand messaging, promoting trainers and programs, and ensuring consistent communication across Meta platforms.
Qualifications
Strong Meta Ads skills, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
Experience in social media content creation and copywriting for Facebook and Instagram, with an eye for engaging visuals and transparent calls to action.
Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret insights, and prepare concise performance reports to guide decision-making.
Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, such as funnels, lead generation, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment.
Prior experience working with wellness, fitness, or social impact brands is a plus.
