Work with clinical teams (sponsors, CROs, sites) to document business needs for clinical trial systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, ePRO, RTSM)
Analyze and improve trial operations (patient recruitment, data collection, monitoring)
Ensure systems comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, ICH-GCP, HIPAA, and GDPR
Define requirements for clinical data pipelines (e.g., SDTM, CDISC standards)
Develop dashboards (via Power BI, Tableau) for trial performance metrics
Understanding of Clinical trial phases (I-IV), protocols, eCRF design, and clinical data flow
