BA Principal responsibilities
The Business Analyst Experience Support in Generative AI will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities
BA will be responsible for understanding business requirements translating them into actionable insights and ensuring seamless implementation of generative AI solutions
This role requires a blend of analytical technical and communication skills along with a deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical applications
Develop use cases and business cases for GenAI/AI projects and Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and implement AI solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Experience with AI integration in business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define objectives
Document detailed requirements and use cases for generative AI implementations
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams




Manage timelines deliverables and communication across stakeholders
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in generative AI
Provide insights on how generative AI can solve complex business challenges and create value
Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and outcomes to stakeholders
Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in AI or technology driven projects
Solid understanding of generative AI concepts models

POD Lead Principal responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project delivery for multiple parallelly running deliverables in a single POD
Monitor POD OKRs and KPIs, ensuring transparency in delivery and performance
Share project progress reports with management at frequent intervals
Identify, track and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project delivery
Act as a single point of contact for all POD-related updates, escalations, planning and decisions
