Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an R&D; Junior Executive based in Ambattur. The R&D; Junior Executive will support the development of new food products aligned with the company’s natural and wholesome ingredient philosophy.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with formulation trials, collecting and documenting test data, and helping evaluate product taste, texture, and stability. The role involves working closely with senior R&D; staff on process improvements, quality checks, and minor modifications to existing products.



The R&D; Junior Executive will also collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure current formulations are practical, compliant with food safety standards, and ready for scale-up.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in food science, food technology, nutrition, or a related discipline, supported by a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Basic skills in laboratory work, including handling ingredients, following test protocols, and accurately recording observations and data.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help troubleshoot formulation issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with R&D;, production, and quality assurance teams on-site.
- Interest in natural, minimally processed foods and a willingness to learn and adapt to new methods, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining documentation, sample records, and project-related reports.
